'Stayed in the balcony room, was absolutely fantastic, so spacious and comfortable, had a mini kitchen with microwave and all equipment you could need for a short stay. Excellent location to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking available outside, approx £4 for 2 hours, but from 6pm - 8am it is free, we got up at 8am to put a ticket on just in time before the Traffic Warden arrived so be aware of this. Only issue we had was that you are unable to control the heating in any way. Room was cold...

'Like other reviewers have said there are no cons. Little touches like complimentary items in the fridge make all the difference. Wifi fast & reliable which is more & more important these days. Hosts very friendly without over doing it. Excellent breakfast choice.'

'Friendly welcome. Disappointed that there was no television or hanging space for clothes. Wardrobe contained a broken television and refrigerator both very dusty. One bedside lamp not working, although the bed was clean and very comfortable. No lock on bathroom or bedroom doors. No cooked breakfast as advertised just a choice of cereals and limited choice of fruit. After complaining that a full breakfast was included we were told it had been discontinued, but we were offered a full breakfast...

'The hotel was in the ideal location for our purpose.It had its own car park which was convenient. The building looks good from the outside, unfortunately the rooms are out dated and ours was very hot. As it was on the ground floor we did not feel it safe to open the larger windows and the small window did not provide sufficient cooling. We had noisy neighbours both above and next door, this was unlucky and could happen in any hotel.'
