'Great, centrally-located property. The appartment was modern, clean &spacious. The staff were friendly & helpful. I had a room above the pedestrianised area which meant there was a bit of noise from people leaving the pubs but it soon died down. I'd stay again.'

'We loved the property! Extremely clean and comfortable accommodations and easy access to shopping, pubs, etc…. Highly recommend this property to anyone - please note: the property includes a number of stairs and it is a few blocks to shopping etc, so those with mobility challenges may wish to consider this.'

'Apartments were clean and functional, decent location. However the budget price naturally came with budget characteristics . Oddly the blind in one of the bedrooms only covered 90% of the window. It a 5/6" window so pretty big and fine if you want an early start. The rainfall shower came from a tall 10" ceiling. Given no one can reach to clean the shower head so its blocking up with limescale. Configuration of one of the room means the bed is no where near any of the plugs..,. not useful if...

'We have had a nice stay at the Old fleece. The apartment is just above the pub, but you won't hear any noise from it. The apartment is large and well equipped, eg dishwasher, microwave, oven, large screen with Netflix. Unfortunately it's hard to heat the room because there is just a small heating and as it's an old building cold air and noise find their way through the (window)frames. '

'This beautiful spacious property was perfect for our stay in Cheltenham. The tastefully decorated lounge is beautiful and just enticed you in to sit and relax on the sumptuous sofa’s and comfy chairs. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was really helpful and friendly. It’s close to the town centre but very quiet. We will definitely come back again. '

'Great flat local to Gloucester and the docks. Sometimes the out of hours contact was hard to get hold of but that is no way a negative on the flat. Very tidy and clean with all basic items you need.'

'Lovely place with lots of parking '

'This was an excellent choice and it was much better than I expected from the website photographs. The flat is large with lovely light coming into the lounge. Beds were on the firm side, but OK for us. The location is perfect - very close to town, but with a lovely green space in front. The bathroom is a bit dated, but functional - good shower over the bath. Would recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Cheltenham in an attractive area.'

Prima hotel

"Fijne ruime kamer met goed bed. Ondanks dat we aan de wegkant sliepen was het erg rustig. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze hond mag niet in het restaurant, maar we konden ontbijten en dineren in de lounge. Het ontbijt en het restaurant zijn van prima kwaliteit. Aan de wifi bereikbaarheid werd hart gewerkt terwijl wij er waren 😊."

Prima hotel, lost problemen goed op.

"Als onderdeel van een rondreis verbleven in het hotel. Eerste indruk is dat het wel een degelijk hotel is, maar wellicht toe aan een beetje TLC. De kamers zijn gehorig. Tijdens ons verblijf was het erg warm, omdat - schijnbaar wat anders dan met NL - de meeste hotels geen airconditioning hebben, was ook deze kamer erg warm. Omdat je niet echt kan luchten kregen we een ventilator van de receptie. Tijdens ons verblijf was er een groep, de eerste nacht was het erg lawaaiig, we hebben dit kenbaar gemaakt en het hotel heeft alles keurig opgepakt en opgelost. Zelfde voor de warmte. Keurig opgelost allemaal. Zwembad is prima! Sauna goed heet en een squash en goede gym. Parkeren is 5 pond per dag. Let op! Dit gaat via een externe partner. "
