'as a family of four with a newborn baby we arrived at 13:30 and our room was ready at 17:30, this is unacceptable. THe room should be available at 15:00, as we are paying for the room to be available at 15:00 and are expected to leave on time as well. The hotel is very nice, pool and beach really great also great service at the pool and great quality of food'

'Elevators need new software takes long time to get in and you see them passing your floor. lots a timea. Location is graet, not all times and specials you get are right but breakfast and restaurants are great. Except Oceana buffet thtat was not good at all, tried twice and hardly eaten anything tnwre.'

'We stayed here for 7nights with our baby. During checkin they said, let’s hope your room is ready (it was 18oclock). During booking I asked for a babybed and when entering the room, there was no babybed in the room. It didn’t take long for the babybed to arrive but when travelling with a baby for a long time I just wanted to put her to bed and didn’t want to wait 15min for the bed to arrive. But besides that we loved our trip! The staff was super friendly and they all loved our babygirl....

'AMAZING STAY in the middle of the desert! Having a private villa with pool in such scenarios is really a dream. You can walk safely in the desert, enjoy related activities, and drive around to admire the incredible panorama of Moreeb Dune (please go to the small "local access" streets). We came with a rental car from Dubai and it was a very good choice, highway is very good and easy to drive. Obviously, wind will bring sand to the pool and apartment, but you can call the staff for a quick...

"Tijdens de nacht geen shuttle service. Overdag tegen betaling. Ouder hotel op zijn Egyptisch gedecoreerd, gelegen in het oude gedeelte van Dubai Massage was uitstekend. Verschillende eetgelegenheden. Restaurant boven met terras en uitzicht. Dichtbij allerlei souks met shopping en eetgel. Overkant van de rivier bevinden zixh de gold and spice souk."

"Very nice stay at Majestic Premier Hotel, de receptionist gave us an upgrade because it was our honeymoon. They made sure our room was ready because we had the night flight. Whenever we had any questions they helped us immediately. All the staff are very nice and so patient. There is also a swimming pool, so relaxing en VERY clean! They check the water every day, the sun shines good so you can get a tan. If I could give 11/10 I would!! We will be returning there. The location is also a big plus, you have two metrostation nearby, two malls nearby, you can do it by foot. Location is a big plus!!"
