'Overall nice stay for a few days wouldn’t book for more than 4 days. We were offered an upgrade but coming into the upgraded room ( from 2 normal rooms to 2 studio apartments) we were disappointed. The room was very smelly, outdated and stained overall. We quickly requested to be rebooked to the room that we payed for and the staff was very accommodating and understanding and shifted us back to the originally booked rooms. The rooms were clean and tidy, the breakfast was various and fresh each morning and not to mention the very helpful staff who made sure our stay in this hotel was very pleasant. If you want a hotel that's nicely located within all the nice areas such as the Grand Bazaar, Mehmet Pasa bazaar, and the Mosques, I definitely recommend staying here. '

'We loved the pool, the beach and kids club. Our kids loved everything about it. Especially the activities like face painting, science lesson and bubble party. We didn't like the food. It isn't fresh like we are used to in Turkey. The fruits and vegetables aren't fresh. Everything is overdone. That was a big disappointment. Especially because it is a 5 star hotel.
