« Our first room was very dusty when we arrived, there was hair on the floor, the window would not lock and our TV did not work. When we called the front desk they placed us in a different room which was much cleaner and nicer. They were accommodating and friendly throughout the process. Lovely resort and staff. »

« We stay at a lot of properties each year. You can tell from the minute you pull into the parking lot that the owners and staff take great pride in this location. Everything is clean, the landscaping is kept up, etc. From the fresh cut fruit in the mornings, to the friendly staff greeting you, there is just a great vibe to this property. « The facility was nice but the breakfast wasn't that impressive. Oatmeal was add hot water to a package. There was no waffle maker for hot, fresh waffles. Eggs were just lukewarm and sometimes even cold. They really dropped the ball on the breakfast side of things. »

« Nice property in a quiet neighbourhood, just a short drive to Safeway and other convenience stores. The apartment was clean, very comfortable beds, nice en-suite bathroom fir the master-bedroom. There were a few things not available but the communication with agent was good. The pool seemed closed ( January month) or anyway we didn’t see nor asked for instructions on accessing the pool. We’ll go there again. »

« The Hampton Inn @ Queen Creek is a lovely place! The hotel is clean and comfortable. It’s near restaurants and shops. The parking is convenient, and if the hotel is full then there is overflow parking in the adjacent shopping center or dirt lot next to the property. The staff are nice and helpful. The breakfast has variety and is well stocked. »

« Very very clean rooms and spotless linens. I was so impressed earlier this week with my stay I came back for a few extra days! *I do want to acknowledge all the staff here, they are excellent and very helpful if there is a problem. I personally saw them catch a very large wolfhound/dog that some idiot guest left in their room all day unattended and the dog managed to open the door latch and escape. The staff caught the dog as I was headed for the busy road next door and hold it for hours bc...

« Ce établissement n'est pas au niveau du prix payé, la chambre n'a pas été faite la deuxième nuit, tout ce que l'on a trouvé à me dire c'est qu'il faut prévenir pour faire la chambre, dans quel monde est on, quand on réserve pour trois nuits il me semble que le minimum est de faire la chambre pour trois nuits. Ma femme n'est pas une femme de ménage, nous sommes en vacance. Pour moi, malgré une chambre presque correcte, hormis la moquette très sale, l'hôtel ne mérite pas que l'on y retourne. »

« We stayed here for 1 week and had a very comfortable stay. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Particularly Tiffany in the kitchen who went out of her way to accommodate us. I would certainly recommend this hotel. »

« Our heater/AC made a horrible noise when it turned on. Lived with for 2 of 3 nights. Reported it to front desk and it was fixed that day. Peaceful night’s sleep on our 3rd night and final night. »

« Well we booked the miles motel for five nights and they sent us over to silver Creek apartments which turned out to be bigger place then what we booked, way quieter and more relaxing then our original booking we loved it here and enjoy our stay , great service and they we even great to my service dog too. »

« I missed my flight out of AZA airport WAS STRANDED WITHOUT TRANSPORTATION, LODGING, AND CLOSE TO PANIC TRYING TO PLAN MY NEXT MOVE AS A SINGLE FEMALE ALONE IN A LARGE CITY.
