'I did not like that the rooms ac was on at certain times and very loud and that there was mold in the bathroom the shower head was full of like scale and the toilet was broken even after they “fixed it” the pool had tiles missing and was dirty and there was broken windows in the lounge area by the pool. However the concierge was extremely nice helpful. The room was smelly and the carpet was very dirty the bed was very hard '

'The staff is delightful and the food is excellent. Just try and request a room with a view as not all rooms have a view. Meaning a balcony with a view. They were able to move my room to get me a better view. But I recommend calling the resort ahead of time to reiterate you want a view. It is a peaceful paradise where you can get away from it all!'

'The hotel is really beautiful! The design, service and rooms are impeccable. At night the fire pits create such a nice vibe, everyone having cocktails by the fire… we loved it! If you are a light sleeper I would call ahead and make sure you get a room in the front side of the property. We were facing back and the sound of the train kept me up at night. I wish the pool was heated since it looked soooo nice.'

'The Amara Spa was Excellent!! '

'Very spacious rooms, but feels a bit outdated in some points. Could use a revamp, especially for the pricepoint. Breakfast options at the Lodge itself aren't really centered on European tourists, so that's something to keep in mind. Parking is widely available and the Lodge itself is very close to the Grand Canyon and shuttle busses that drive you along the South Rim and the village. Staff is friendly and helpful.'

'The Omni spa and the spa pool were the highlight of the resort. Very beautiful spa! We bought the Joya signature scent spray. We did notice that at the Oasis pool the empty dirty glasses from the night before were all around the pool and hot tub. We called at noon to ask to have staff come clean up. 'Hele kleine kamer met "geen" uitzicht. Schoon met alle voorzieningen. Condo heel erg gehorig doordat we een tussendeur in het appartement zit met een daarnaast gelegen appartement. Zwembad en fitness is super en de ligging prima. Over het geheel genomen voor de prijs die je betaald toch teleurstellen. De meeste hotelkamers zijn groter. Je betaald voor de naam Hyatt.'
