'The location was great. Walkable to the beach and easy to get around. Could use the facilities at the sister hotel. Westin Hotel. Staff was non judgmental, and aways helpful. Coffee shop had great coffee and multiple breakfast and lunch choices. Unlimited towels. Safe. restaurant - great food. Hotel was older but clean. '

'Resort was amazing, had a little problem with my room came downstairs and spoke to the very nice front desk agent. She apologized and handled the situation in the best way possible( room move) The next day i saw her and thanked her for her professionalism. I wish I would have taken her name down. Kudos to the way the situation was handled. You can look into my reservation and see which front desk agent it was. Definitely coming back to this location.'

'Staff is rude (especially reception and they have lied to us with re to our booking) Old and worn down Swimming pool looks much better on the pictures Bad WiFi in our room Noisy room Breakfast limited If you stay less than 2 days you have to pay for beach access Hotel drivers try to rip you off and will be overcharging. Just take a standard taxi So many better places to go to in Montego Bay! We originally booked this hotel for 3 nights but glad we only stayed for 1 night. Awful place!'
