'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'

'The property is beautiful. We enjoyed the different pools and lounge chair options along with the accessible bars and food. The gym facilities are top notch! 'Pros - food was good, especially the wood fired pizza at Martha’s and the jerk chicken at the beach. Our room was a swim up which was nice. Maid service was exceptional (I made sure to tip her in advance everyday and the quality was noticeably less on her day off). Pool area entertaining staff were the best. 'I am not sure why people give less than 5 stars. I stayed for 5 days here with my wife that is pregnant and they treated us like royalty! Service is amazing, food is amazing, staff is amazing. I have no complaints about this resort. More than 5 stars if possible and we cannot wait to go back. If you are looking for a relaxing resort this is the one. Very quiet, relaxing but the staff made it fun as well. '

'The staff was very kind and accommodating. Shout out to ONeil and Lydia. Wish they had robes and slippers in the rooms. I loved going to the market that was at the end of the beach (technically off the property) and meeting the locals and their shops. Shout out to Sparkles who was such a gem and kind soul and to Jason's Lobster who food was unbelievable. '

'Todos lo relacionado con el hotel Serenade estuvo muy bien, las instalaciones, la comida, la playa y la atención entre otros. Las personas del hotel fueron muy amables y agradables, especialmente Michel Valentín, una niña de apellido De Jesús, nos recuerdo el nombre de las otras personas que nos atendieron, pero todos fueron muy amables.'

'Dining options are good! Hotel is a bit noisy because of slamming doors and interconnecting doors. "balcony is too small. No elevator from rooms to the beach. (still have to take stairs from ground floor to beach...bad news for people with bad knees) '

'Het was een perfect resort en alles was goed geregeld. Antonio alias taliban van het entertainment team was de allerbeste en is onze vriend geworden.'

'We had a great stay at the Grand Sirenis. Our favorite part of it was the pool and the ongoing entertainment for families. The food is only ok, not great. But we felt it was ok for what we paid. Lots of options. Some of the bathrooms near the restaurants really need updating and to be cleaned more often. Our room was nice and some people that worked there were lovely. We were happy with our trip there!'

'The staff was not friendly. We were on spring break and I feel like we were not treated as well as people who were older or with families. There were instances where we were denied certain drinks or were told things weren't available. There was one time when we requested a shot and were told we couldn't have it. We saw other people being served shots. We also had a waitress at the steak restaurant that after she took our order, we never saw her again. The resort is beautiful but not...

'The resort was beautiful and there were endless stuff to do. They had beautiful and well-kept facilities, as well as many dining options for people with different dietary restrictions and allergies. The room I was staying in was not the most well kept, and the sheets were not super clean. '
