« Great location with incredible views of the ocean. Nice kitchen and living room area. The only drawback was the frosted glass doors on the bedrooms which let in some light when people were trying to sleep. Otherwise, everything was very nice. »

« Clean and roomy home close to Sea World. Perfect for our family of 6. Clean and well stocked. Nice to have a garage and washer. Lovely backyard. Wish there was a hot tub. Host answered our question promptly. Only issue was that the fireplace did not work and the fire alarm was beeping just needing batteries. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it »

« We arrived on a Friday evening after 4pm (notified staff ahead of time), they were kind and stated that is fine. Late check-in is via codes provided by staff ahead of time and then the envelope tells you what room to go to. Not the most secure but luckily it works. The property is pretty tiny with only 12 units, but one side they have a non heated pool and on the other side is a heated pool and jacuzzi. I wish we stayed on the heated pool side cause we used the Jacuzzi both nights and it...

« We had a great time staying here, it is close to downtown and the space is great, 3 outdoor areas with the pool and hot tub and a fire pit area as well. Unfortunately the fire pit wasn't working when we were there. The bedrooms are very nice as well. The living room furniture could use a cleaning, but that would be our only suggestion, everything else was great. »

« This villa worked great for us (a family of 3 adults). We liked the central location, which was 1-2 blocks from downtown, and the amount of space was more than adequate for our needs. The kitchen is small and might be somewhat cramped if you plan to cook meals there; we did not cook, so it was fine. Because we were so close to downtown, and had relatives nearby who gave us a ride if needed, we did not have to rent a car, which was nice.A couple of considerations. There is no washer or dryer...

« Loved the history of the home and all the spaces designed for games and play. There were 11 of us and the bedroom/bathroom configuration worked well. What was a problem was the kitchen. Although it was stocked with everything and anything we needed…it was small and cut off from the area we congregated. »

« The location was great, the unit was and the four-unit complex was very quiet, with external grounds that were well maintained. The owner was gracious and very responsive to things that needed immediate attention. Suggestions include ensuring there are comprehensive instructions about the unit, and upgrading of very care-worn outdoor furniture. All in, a great place to stay in Palm Springs. »
