« We arrived on a Friday evening after 4pm (notified staff ahead of time), they were kind and stated that is fine. Late check-in is via codes provided by staff ahead of time and then the envelope tells you what room to go to. Not the most secure but luckily it works. The property is pretty tiny with only 12 units, but one side they have a non heated pool and on the other side is a heated pool and jacuzzi. I wish we stayed on the heated pool side cause we used the Jacuzzi both nights and it...

« Excellent property. Probably one of the best I’ve stayed at. I took my teen daughters and their friends and they loved it. The location was close to town, it was very clean and well stocked with essentials like pool towels, kitchen appliances, salt & pepper, coffee filters, etc. Check in process was easy and efficient. My girls and their friends loved it and are already planning to come back again next year. »

« Perfectly setup and located beach condo at Pacific Beach. Listing was as described, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and plenty of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas and boogie boards. Plenty of restaurants across the street and like a 2min walk to the sand. Property mgr was highly responsive and helpful. Unit had two covered reserved parking spots to use behind a locked gate. I would happily stay here again. »

« The house was perfect for our group with 1 exception. In spite of numerous efforts to get the pool heater working it did not work and we were disappointed that we were unable to use the pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub were 2 reasons that we chose to stay there as the adults and especially our grandchildren were really looking forward to swimming and soaking. The host was very active in trying to get this rectified but it wasn't to be. »
