'The home was exactly as described…actually better! Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the space. Incredible views from high up in the canyon. Loved the outdoor bar (but wish we could have gotten the outdoor TV to work). Had fun playing ping pong and pinball. Great hiking space and the sunsets were amazing. 'With family in Palos Verdes we are back and forth from coast to coast several times each year. We usually stay at Terranea, but in the hotel, so being in this villa away from home was wonderful! The villa is spacious, luxurious and the views are beyond beautiful. We did home cooked meals, pool days, beach days, and evenings outside on the patio with the fireplace. Thank you Jeff! 'We took the kids to California for our summer trip and spent the last three days of our vacation at this beautiful property. Great home with amazing views and fun stuff for the kids to do (putting greens, hot tub, PS5, etc.). Up in the mountains, but close to the beach…pretty cool.'

'This is one of those properties that’s worth every penny. First off, it was SPOTLESS. Immaculately cleaned and fluffed and dusted and everything in its place. I was incredibly impressed.
