'Room was really nice, spacious and clean. Located inside the winery so you can walk to the tasting room. The pizza at the winery is great and they have live music on the weekends. Found a couple of nice places to have breakfast near.'

'Would not recommend . We booked on the same day as check in, no one would answer the phone or let you into the property without 72 hours notice. We purchased the Villa for one night due to a flight cancellation, tried phoning multiple times and messaging before check in closed but no one would answer the phone. We couldn’t stay at the property because we had no information on how to get in. We were charged full price and no refund given, I suggest you book somewhere else that has better...

'My ohana and I (total of 5 people) enjoyed our stay.It was relaxing and very private which we appreciate. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy to find/ easy check in and entering of home.Just a few hiccups along the way with plumbing (our shower got backed up) and entry door (had some challenges getting the door to work)Our host was prompt on responding to the hiccups by getting a plumber out to us to address the issue and ordering a new lock to replace the malfunctioning one.We would definitely stay...

'We had a truly wonderful experience at this property. It was a ladies weekend for 15, we easily could have had double in this wonderful house. It is close to town so the location was perfect! House amenities were all outstanding. We'd be back the only limiting factor is the price point since its on the high end of what we'd be able to pay. '

'Good size great for big families. Missing some kitchen items like a griddle and some new pots and pans and utensils . Also those pillows and beds are not comfortable. Should have had thicker quilts due to cold weather. Besides all the negative things we made it work.'

It says pool and hot tub on the website...next time would you please clarify that you don't provide it in the winter or something. But it ended up not bothering us much. We had a water baptism at the Frio River! It would be nice to have it in the pool too.'
