'It's really a nice hotel, only when you are at the wrong site of the hotel, you hear the generators next to your window. It kept us awake most part of the night. The rooms are really spacious and nice. It's only the noise that gave the overall bad feeling. Breakfast was very simple, no bread only cerials, fruit and the coffee was good. It is within walking distance to the cruise terminal. The offered free ride never showed up on time.'

'This hotel had the worst front desk staff I have ever encountered. Prior to checking in, the hotel charged my card three times and then attempted to charge me again upon check-in. The gentleman at the front desk was very rude and he was unwilling to accommodate my requestfor a refund. there have been several social media videos circulating of this man getting aggressive with other hotel guests. The room, itself was in good shape but the elevator was not working so we had to carry our luggage up...
