'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'

'Dining options are good! Hotel is a bit noisy because of slamming doors and interconnecting doors. "balcony is too small. No elevator from rooms to the beach. (still have to take stairs from ground floor to beach...bad news for people with bad knees) '

'Our room was clean and up to date. Beautiful views. Restaurant onsite convenient and food was good. Transportation provided all around the grounds if you wanted. Taxis available for off site adventures. Front desk people tried to persuade us to book trips for off site, which wasn’t a bad thing but they weren’t good about small important details like laundry area, fitness center. For first time travelers you don’t need to rent a car. Not even from the airport. They are everywhere.'

'Het was een prettig verblijf. Het zwemwater wat enorm helder. Het was dus heerlijk vertoeven. Het eten was bovenmatig goed voor een all in. Zelf het buffet. Het personeel is erg gewend aan de amerikanen die de hele dag fooi geven. Dit valt helaas erg te merken. Na het bestellen van je drankje valt er een ongemakkelijk moment waar ze verwachten dat er weer een dollar briefje gaat komen. Helaas is wel alles met geluid mega hard. Eerlijk gezegd te hard. Het was daardoor niet mogelijk om Savonds...

'The Jade Mountain Resort is spectacular. My wife and I stayed in one of the sanctuary suites and it was unbelievable. The view of the Piton Mountains and Caribbean is breathtaking. The service and food is top notch. There are many activities like scuba and sailing. Fyi. there are no elevators. The resort is built on the side of a mountain. You must be able to handle a lot of stairs. I highly recommend this resort hotel. '
