'The hotel is stunningly beautiful, clean and accommodating. The main issue was food and beverage service. The staff had no clue on how to wait on tables, present menus, serve beverage or food. We waited 45 minutes for 4 drinks only to be brought one, told two weren’t available and had to wait again for the last. It was disappointing at best. Food was good but they need training in their restaurants! '

'Keurig hotel, wel met de nodige trappen. Onze oceanfront de luxe kamer was groot en had 2 queen bedden. De airco is super, de badkamer mooi. Het uitzicht is fantastisch. We hebben 3 maal gegeten in het hotel, dat was prima. Er zitten ook leuke eettentjes om de hoek. Al met al een prima verblijf.'

'Rosalie Bay Eco Resort is amazing! Our family of 4 stayed for more than a week (7years old and 16 years old son) and we LOVED every aspect of the property. Upon our arrival an attentive letter was awaiting us and I loved the details with the fresh flowers all over the room. 'Given the ratings/reviews & my experience with similar caliber properties around the world, I was disappointed in certain things. The security guard at the front gate of the property was extremely rude. Didn't welcome us but asked what we were doing there. Our driver was very taken back by his behavior & said he's never seen anyone so rude at this establishment. Two days prior to arrival, I was sent an email form w/ one of the questions asking when we'd be arriving. I selected the noon-2pm...
