'This property stood out because of the outdoor living area, including pool, spa and grill. We paid extra ( $399) to have the pool heated for one day and it was perfect. We did request the property manager come over and show us how things worked because the appliances and faucets, etc. are all pretty high tech. The dishwasher was not stable, and did not work, but the manager sent repairmen over right away and they...

'Traveling to Encino for a birthday party and the LA fires ended up being the news around the world. The home was spacious and clean. The home was nicely appointed and very comfortable. We were able to easily host dinners with family. There are so many great restaurants 2-5 minutes away. We were never lacking for anything. Pool and back yard were spotless. A true private oasis.'

'I really liked my stay. The location is great on the well known Venice Beach Boardwalk, the beach is literally 5 steps away. On the rooftop you can chill as well with a great view. Rooms are nice as well, beautiful bathroom and good bed to sleep in when you are not out in Venice and/or Santa Monica.'

"The hotel is completely new and modern. The lobby is on the 70th Floor with a magnificent view of the LA downtown skyline. The rooms are spacious and tidy. Staff is very friendly. Only minor point of comment is the not complete (at the time of booking via Expedia) transparency about the additional costs."

"Nice hotel with small but well equipped gym and rooftop pool. Rooms were minimalistic and stylish and spacious enough. Bed sleeps well. Ear plugs available in your hotel room. Enough breakfast and diner options in the area. "

"Motel 6 LAX was a convenient location for an overnight stay ahead of our flight home. Car rental return is nearby and shuttle to LAX is on time and it only takes about 10 minutes to departure terminal."
