'With family in Palos Verdes we are back and forth from coast to coast several times each year. We usually stay at Terranea, but in the hotel, so being in this villa away from home was wonderful! The villa is spacious, luxurious and the views are beyond beautiful. We did home cooked meals, pool days, beach days, and evenings outside on the patio with the fireplace. Thank you Jeff! Your villa is a true GEM!'

'We took the kids to California for our summer trip and spent the last three days of our vacation at this beautiful property. Great home with amazing views and fun stuff for the kids to do (putting greens, hot tub, PS5, etc.). Up in the mountains, but close to the beach…pretty cool.'

'Enjoyed our stay here as it allowed large group of friends to all stay together under one roof instead of having to book multiple hotel rooms. Location was great as well though the drive up in a 15 passenger van was an adventure. Host was always responsive to any questions. '

'This compound is perfect for a huge group to stay comfortably and wake up to bliss, it has a beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi with many fire pits, a bar, games, and a movie room. We never had to leave. It was also so close to the freeway, Burbank airport, and Universal Studios! The house makes you feel like you are a celebrity! '

'The drive was amazing and the scenery was beautiful. The property owner did respond to our emails in a quick manner but we had to reach out to get instructions the day of our trip. Advance instructions is just my preference. The entrance instructions were very clear but I was not aware when I booked that we were walking down and up stairs to get to our room in the back of the house. We stayed in our room area for sleeping and it was very comfortable. I loved the beds, the space and the room...
