« Loved the condo, felt like home. Big comfortable bed, all the necessary utensils to cook. The wifi was ok! But the internet not good enough for a work stay. The rooftop is great. You can purchase food and order drinks. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing is the 10 am checkout. Should be 11 or 12 like everyone else. Then everything would be perfect. »

« Loved the property itself. Apartment very well located. Clean. Very nice pool. Close to everything. I would have appreciated that there is one or two pots for cooking. The concierge Esteban is very nice and always ready to help. A little noisy because of the proximity of bars. But an overall great place. »

« We walked everywhere. The beach and 5th avenue were nearby. My kids loved the private pool! The view was amazing. Definitely will stay here again. »

« We had a really bad experience in this room. There was AC, tv not working, bathroom was dirty, the owner didn’t provide the direction correctly, bad communication with security in entrance of the property, they sent us to different locations, we spent 3 hours to get in. »

« Location is perfect as you are close to everything, 5th Avenue15 minute walk to Walmart for all your essentials, very close to the pier and the ferry to Cozumel.. The view is fabulous, its like you are on top of the ocean. The accommodations were comfortable but could use a freshening up both inside and outside. The concierge answered all questions promptly. »

« This place is very well equipped, clean, and in a great location. We loved being right on the beach with our own beach chairs and umbrellas and being walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the grocery store. We could watch the sun rise on the beach from one balcony and the sunset from the other balcony. This was perfect for us. I would stay here again without hesitation. »

« Our 5 day stay at the Yool Caanal Condo was Excellent! The cleanliness, location and the view were fantastic. When we had questions or issues the manager was on top of it immediately and made sure we were satisfied. Cleaning services were great!There are 3 restaurants within a 5 minute walk as well as 2-3 mini grocery stores. I would recommend a stop on your way from the airport to a regular grocery store if you’re wanting to cook meals while you’re there since there isn’t one we found close by...
