« This was a perfect stay for us. The condo was the perfect size and it was nice to have all the amenities of both a hotel cleaning/water service and the full kitchen of a home. We rented a golf cart to get around which was so fun and everything was so close. The balcony and hammock overlooking the whole bay was breathtaking. « We spent so much time down the street that we didn’t get to fully enjoy the amenities here as we mostly only slept. I would not hesitate to book again in the future. It was exceptionally clean. Deisi does the cleaning and is very sweet. Miguel is so kind and helpful. The patio for this condo is huge and shaded with a view of the pool. There are chairs on the beach to use. Take swim shoes as the beach is rocky but the view is spectacular! »

« This condo is stunning with high ceilings and a bay window on the sea. The location is at the end of the road so it is very quiet, perfect for a family stay. « Just as advertised! i liked that it was inside the gated / manned security gate of Akumal. The condo had a nice breeze throughout the day, and the bedrooms were both roomy and comfortable. I enjoyed the hammock on the patio, and although I did not cook, while I was there, everything was set up in the kitchen that I would’ve needed. The pool was in great condition, and lounge area very comfortable. The onsite restaurant was a definite plus. I definitely recommend this location! »

« Very comfortable, great outdoor patio for morning coffee and dining and hanging out with awesome sunrises and ocean views. The pool and beach were steps away. Joan was very helpful in providing for our needs. There is 1 great little restaraunt a short walk but I would suggest having access to a car for groceries or other shopping or restaraunts or using a taxi service. »

« We stayed at the Tan Ik Condos for 8 nights in November (we booked 9, but stayed overnight midweek elsewhere). It was an absolutely amazing stay! The staff onsite during the days were incredibly friendly and hard working. Both the rooms and the grounds were well taken care of. The beach area, while being small, is very private and beautiful. Par contre nous avions des voisins à l'étage qui faisaient énormément de bruit malgré nos demandes de faire cesser ce bruit auprès de concierge pour faire cesser le bruit, rien n'a été fait. « We have been going down to Akumal since the late 90's with owners of like business in the US. In the past we have rented several condos in half moon bay. This is the first time we have rented a large facility. It was perfect for all of us. We had 3 father and sons. So they were able to stay in the same rooms. The 13 bedrooms was perfect. Felipe was a great host. The instructions of getting from the airport to Villa Bellamar was great for the few that had never been to Akumal before....
