The staff are the best thing about the place - charming, friendly and helpful. We dined in the old sugar kiln and the service and food were second to none.'

'The amenities in the room was excellent. I arrived around mid-day well before the 3:00pm check in time and longed to take a rest after a long day. The reception Staff, Tamika, was gracious. She said the room was ready and she was prepared to checked us in which she did. This was a great relief and it made my day and the stay at the property just right. '

'Nisbet is on a former sugar plantation and buttresses the Atlantic. The grounds and rooms are well-maintained. It’s very laid back, an older crowd, except for the lively Thursday night barbecue on the beach. Outsiders come to Nisbet and live music is offered. Dinner food is fair, although quite good at the barbecue. Breakfast and lunch are pretty good, but with limited menus. Overall, a very relaxing vacation, but it is best to go off grounds for other experiences and restaurants.'
