'This property is amazing, from the arrival to departure. The gardens are beautiful, people are amazingly hospitable, food taste homemade (you can taste the love in it), and it is safe. I highly recommend this property for your vacation! I’d only share that if you like to have air conditioning then I’d prepare to either send a mobile AC unit ahead of your arrival or, you should see if you can buy one here. 'Nisbet is on a former sugar plantation and buttresses the Atlantic. The grounds and rooms are well-maintained. It’s very laid back, an older crowd, except for the lively Thursday night barbecue on the beach. Outsiders come to Nisbet and live music is offered. Dinner food is fair, although quite good at the barbecue. Breakfast and lunch are pretty good, but with limited menus. Overall, a very relaxing vacation, but it is best to go off grounds for other experiences and restaurants.'

'The property is beautiful, the flowers in the gardens, the lizards, the hummingbirds, the nightime frog serenade were all amazing. The rooms were very comfortable and the food was excellent. The staff are the best thing about the place - charming, friendly and helpful. We dined in the old sugar kiln and the service and food were second to none.'
