'The propert is very nice. Majority of the staff is super friendly, very courteous. The food in the buffet is pretty good. The best restaurants we the Italian and the steak house. The seafood and Mexican restaurants were very basic. The food was also pretty salty. I never left the property so i cannot comment on the areas around the property '

'Excellent oceanfront room; we loved the pool, the beach, and some of the à la carte restaurants. The service from everyone was outstanding, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We believe the nighttime entertainment activities could be improved a bit. Additionally, it would be helpful to train the train drivers to inform passengers about the route and ensure they remain focused during the ride. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily return!'

'Wij hebben een leuk vakantie gehad in dit hotel. Eten was echt niet goed en niet variërend. Wij hebben 3 a la carte restaurants bezocht waaronder “ star rock cafe, “ mexicano” en “ frans restaurant”, enkel mexicaans was goed. Zee was te veel, je kan er wel in zwemmen maar echt veel( dit verschilt van week tot week), echt geen variatie in het eten en weinig keuze voor een volboekt hotel. Probeer zeker het hotel daarnaast te boeken( ander werled) bavaro grand hotel !!! Leuk en vrolijk personeel,...
