'Excellent oceanfront room; we loved the pool, the beach, and some of the à la carte restaurants. The service from everyone was outstanding, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We believe the nighttime entertainment activities could be improved a bit. Additionally, it would be helpful to train the train drivers to inform passengers about the route and ensure they remain focused during the ride. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily return!'

'Het was een prettig verblijf. Het zwemwater wat enorm helder. Het was dus heerlijk vertoeven. Het eten was bovenmatig goed voor een all in. Zelf het buffet. Het personeel is erg gewend aan de amerikanen die de hele dag fooi geven. Dit valt helaas erg te merken. Na het bestellen van je drankje valt er een ongemakkelijk moment waar ze verwachten dat er weer een dollar briefje gaat komen. Helaas is wel alles met geluid mega hard. Eerlijk gezegd te hard. 'The propert is very nice. Majority of the staff is super friendly, very courteous. The food in the buffet is pretty good. The best restaurants we the Italian and the steak house. The seafood and Mexican restaurants were very basic. The food was also pretty salty. I never left the property so i cannot comment on the areas around the property '

'Amazing beach, good amenities, nice pool, very friendly staff. The "reserve" part of the hotel didn't meet our expectations since it was far from the beach and the restaurant options are really limited, so you are still having to spend most of your time at the main hotel. We ended up having to upgrade to "reserve beach" in order to regain convenience and amenity access. Food quality is so-so, despite the large selection of restaurants.'
