« FIX THAT SIDE DOOR! I will never stay here in the winter again. The whole first floor was totally miserable the first couple days. It’s was in the teens outside and felt like 35 degrees in the hallway. Then our heater didnt work, great service moved us to the second floor and this Floridan finally got warm. The heater was the best part of that room. Now, why is there only 2 TOWELS and 2 WASH CLOTHS? Saving money? I think not, just makes it harder on the clientele! 2 towels is crappy...

« Front desk staff were fast and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast had good variety of offerings. Only stayed one night on our trip and did not use pool or visit city. »

« They were renovating, but not too much of a problem. It snowed and the parking lot was not cleared. Ice machines were not working other than the first floor. You could hear everything going on in the hallway or around you, so not great for privacy. But the staff were all pleasant the the breakfast was really good. »

« This was a last minute stay and I have horrible hotel "phobia" so I was a little nervous not knowing the hotel (I do know the general area). Let me just say this is probably one of the best hotel stays I've had. The gentleman that checked me in was funny and personable and got us more blankets. The room was nicely cleaned and fresh including the bathroom which usually creeps me out. The morning ladies we also personable and the breakfast was delish! « We like to stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area, very safe, clean, updated rooms, and decent breakfast. Lots of free parking, great for vehicles with trailers, motorhomes, and tractor trailers. There is a casino attached to the hotel which can be an added bonus, a few places to eat in the area plus some shopping, ie: Walmart, Bealls, Dollar Store if you need to pick up a few things. »

« We always stay at the Best Western when we come to visit our home town which is quite often and it’s always so clean and the staff is also very friendly to us any time and go out of there way to help us in any way they can I would definitely recommend anyone to give this place a try! Also the beds are super comfortable you will sleep like you are in your own bed! That’s a plus right there!!! It’s also the cheapest too! »
