'Ok place to stay with a small kitchenette, close to the train station & shops, and food places that are open relatively later during the evening. Note: there is no reception deck. You have to connect through emails/ calls. The same code is used to enter the building, your room, and other sections. The issue is that one is supposed to get code a day in advance, which has not worked well for 2 times I have stayed here. One gets a quick response after contacting the Vision Apartments support team...

'This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly.'

'Very easy tram access to all important tourist areas. Grocery on the corner. Very comfortable and relatively affordable.'

'The mattress was very soft for me and I would probably think twice before going back to this accommodation. But that's a personal preference, I prefer a much firmer mattress. Everything else was great. Clean and good location. Good price and good communication. If I wanted to be extra critical, lighting in the bathroom could be improved and perhaps provide two pillows per person rather than just one, and also provide some hand towels as we only got big shower towels. But great overall.'
