'The location was perfect, right across the street from the water and close to major roads. Very quiet and not a lot of cross traffic. The rental was very clean with all necessities available for your stay and the owner was available if you needed anything. We will make sure to request again when we visit our friends in Rockledge.'

'We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights at the Cozy Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed it! Every detail has been carefully thought out with lots of supplies to make your stay comfortable. Due to the variety of cooking utensils and herbs and spices we even decided to stay in one night and BBQ! The bed and couch and chairs are comfortable, it is quiet for sleeping and in a good location to walk to shops and restaurants in the Village. I gave a 3 for communication only because my emails pre-stay...

'This cottage was very clean on the inside and the host was very welcoming. I wish I could give it 4.5 stars. The cottage was a bit tight for my family of three. If you are wanting to stay near the Cape for a night or two, this is a great spot.'
