'We had a room advertised as accessible. In most ways it was exactly that. But, the bed was the highest I've ever seen. I'm 5' 9" talk, and my feet were at least 6 inches from the floor when I sat on that bed.'

'Easy check in. Gave us the wrong room initially but corrected it when we walked back in with our bags. Room was clean but had odd smell. Bed was hard and only had 2 pillows on each bed. Quiet setting but sounded like an elephant above us in early the next morning and woke up my friend. Key card entry into building didn’t seem to work and was just unlocked all the time. '
