'Hotel has great potential, but is very poorly managed. This is a very expensive hotel and does not provide a service in line with what is charged. The beach is gourgeous, but full with plastic waste that comes from the sea. All neighboring hotels and restaurants clean their beaches, this one does not. 'Hotel was clean and well maintained. Service was great from housekeeping to waitstaff. The front desk wasn’t the best at check out but overall great service Our room was comfortable, clean with a stunning ocean view The only negative was the quality and value of the food and drinks. We had breakfast, lunch and ordered food at the beach. The quality was middle of the road but at Miami prices. 'The Beach Hotel is an adult-only private resort. The service provided by both the hotel and restaurant staff was excellent. The crew worked hard every morning to clear the sand of seaweed. Our private dip pool, patio, and beach lounge were clean and relaxing. We couldn't have asked for a more tranquil place.'

'Beautifull hotel with amazing views and spacious rooms. But…just besides a open air bar with very loud music untill 3 am. So if you are in the party scene it’s OK but not for families or people who are looking for a quid night. It’s a pity the hotel doesn’t make notice of this in advance. '

'Instalaciones excelentes, habitación y baño limpios, el baño está súper bien bonito y decorado, me encantó, el aire acondicionado tal vez necesite manteniendo ya que no enfría mucho o tal vez porque la habitación es amplia. Deberían de hacer convenio con los estacionamientos vecinos y ofrecer dentro de sus precios ya el estacionamiento.'
