'We booked a deluxe double room in this hotel. Upon arrival they told ua that the hotel was fully booked. We got a room in a hostel instead which was not nice at all!'

'Clean hotel, very helpful staff, great breakfast, great view of arenal volcano, clean pool, cannot ask for a better locations to all the activities and restaurants. Safe car parking. I will highly recommend this to my friends and family. '

'For the price was hard to beat when I booked online. All looked fantastic in the picts and for the most part all was great. The room was comfortable. Was nice to have a little fridge to keep drinks cold. The AC was sufficient. The breakfast was good. The staff were also very friendly. The only complaint is the nearby roosters. They started at 4AM. This is the sole reason would not stay again.'

'Mooie locatie, dichtbij het park Arenal. Wel wat verder van het dichtstbijzijnde dorp, La Fortuna verwijdert. Het is maar wat je prettig vindt. Redelijk ontbijt maar zeker niet t beste dat we in Costa Rica aten. '

'Leider z.Z. unseres Aufenthaltes eine Baustelle. Keine Fenster zum Öffnen, keine Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit außerhalb des Zimmers. Der Inhaber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!'

'Staff was very helpful and nice. The only thing we didnt like was the safe didn't work. The food was delicious and you got a 5% discount if you ate there. Our breakfast was included. We had an early tour one day and they made us our breakfast early even though they didn't open yet. They do ask that you not flush toilet paper.'

'De naam doet vermoeden dat het hotel aan een vulkaanmeer ligt maar in het eggie is het een groot stuwmeer waar je nauwelijks bij kunt komen. Niets interessants in de buurt, behalve het dorpje Nuevo Arenal, Postzegels zijn alleen in La Fortune, 60 km verder te verkrijgen. Verder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en dat is ook wat waard.'
