'Strange things happen at this hotel! Two of the three elevators did not work. Actually someone was shouting in one of those stuck elevators crying to be rescued. I requested to the guest services for a packaged to be dropped to my room. They informed me that other than security there is no one to drop that package to my room so I had to dress up and go down to pick it up. At 3-4 AM there were noises on the floor. Scattered stuff on the check-in counter.'

'This was the best hotel experience we have ever had. Staff went out of their way to be accommodating without you even having to ask for help. We visited for the first time to celebrate our mini moon a free our wedding and they gave us a free room upgrade to a suite. They also surprised us with a complementary bottle of champagne to our room and they even had complementary transportation available within a 5 mile radius of the resort. 'Housekeeping confusing. You have to ask for it. Check-in swiftly and friendly. Metro station Silver Line within 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Takes a 45 minutes drive to the highlights of DC. Dinner options also not too far away. 5 minutes by car. Great spacious room. Would come back. '

'Makkelijk inchecken en ieder half uur shuttle bus naar airport Dulles. Richting downtown is beetje lastig met bussen. Dus wellicht beter bus in combinatie metro. Uber beetje lange wachttijd in hotel. Pak op airport niet verkeerde Best Westin!!!'
