'A lovely place to stay! Our cottage was perfect, good size and beautifully decorated. Such a peaceful place, easy to get into Cardiff centre. My daughter left her teddy behind and the staff were so helpful, they packaged him up ready for a courier to collect and let me know when he was collected. '

'The Applestore is lovely located and central for daytrips to Wales, Hereford and lovely towns as Coleford and Kington. We had great diners at the Old Court Hotel and the Fforest Inn, both very good and dog friendly. We would have loved to meet the owners of the Applestore and compliment them on the cottage. We had a lovely sunny week!'

'Orchard Cottage is an amazing place to stay. It is situated on the slope of a hill, overlooking the valley of the Severn. The surroundings are an oasis of peace and quiet. The house itself is lovely, with every amenity you could wish for. Very well suited for families or the somewhat larger groups.'

'My family and I enjoyed the stay at this property. Beds were comfortable, hot showers and plenty of bath water for a long soak after walking up Pen Y Fan which is just down the road. Kitchen well equipped, lots of space at the dining table. Stairs to the bedroom are steep which is normal for this type of cottage. There is a lovely outdoor space at the back. The owners went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for us. '
