'The apartment was perfect for our stay in many ways. From the location and quiet to the comfortable yet functional decor, it was literally like being at home. The beds were super comfortable. The host provided many top notch amenities; plush bath towels, quality shampoo and conditioner, kcups, and even a small bowl of snacks. It is super close to the highway and about a mile to a good grocery store too. We are already booked for another stay in a few weeks as my daughter has another volleyball...

'Went to Dayton to visit my kids at UD. Cozy corner was so close to campus ~1 mile . Place was clean, fully equipped and outfitted with spices and coffee. Close to restaurants in Oregon district. Talk to host who came over to meet me and show where parking was (back entry to Vrbo)'

'I was in Dayton for the weekend for a class. The apartment was located in a safe and convenient location. The apartment was lovely and there was a place I could easily study and prepare for classes.Jim was very helpful and answered any questions I had. When I return in three years for my recertification class I will definitely look for this lovely property.'

'Went on a somewhat last minute trip to visit family in Ohio. Host was so pleasant even though I booked with so little notice. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. I was worried that it was in such a populated area and right next to a major road, but the area was really nice and within walking distance to a cool outdoor mall. The road was busy but there werent cars on it overnight so it was quiet and didnt interupt our sleep. We are used to sleeping with a ceiling fan for white...

'Excellent communication from our host from beginning to end. We loved the vibe and furnishings of the apartment! We had the best night’s sleep and a fabulous view of downtown through the bedroom window upon waking up. The neighborhood is quiet, parking is so easy, and it’s close to everything. 'This property is in a nice and safe neighborhood. Walking distance to shopping, dining and entertainment. The apartment is very nice, i would recommend it. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has most things you would need. Plenty of towels and toilet tissue available. I would most certainly stay here again.'

'The location was perfect for our needs but very busy train tracks. Spacious with high ceilings and comfortable furniture and beds. Small bathroom with great hot water. Coffee maker didn’t work well and would benefit from new carpet. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. Filtered water in fridge was welcome. '
