I appreciated the personal touches like the extra, soft blankets and the quirky decor. The whiskey venue downstairs got a little loud on the Saturday night, but the noise machine and ear plugs helped with that. Overall, I highly recommend!'

'While looking for a place to stay for an overnight Valentine's Day getaway, I came across this wonderful property. Just a short drive from our favorite downtown restaurant, this charming carriage house made for the perfect retreat for the evening. The historic charm of the studio suite adds a touch of class that is memorable. Matt, our host, was wonderful, promptly responding to any questions I had regarding our stay. We will definitely be returning!'

'My fiancé and I both loved how welcoming and cozy the place is. The rental had everything we needed and is located in such a great neighborhood. 'Great location for access to downtown area. The rental was clean and well decorated. If walking up/down flights of stairs is an issue, this isnt the place for you. A few in our group strugged with them. Hosts responded quickly to any request and even helped us carry items inside because of the stairs. This was greatly appreciated! 'Good value. All 1 bedroom apartments. 1 is first floor, 3&4 are second floor. Owner switched us to unit 1. Plenty of heat from radiators, had to open window to adjust.Fully equipped, except no hair dryer. Located in nice old residential neighborhood. Seemed very safe.Parking in back of street was plus. Heard train whistle evening and morning but didn’t wake us up. Very convenient access to I-75. No restaurants or shops close by (walking).'

'Katie greeted me by name when I arrived, and got all the basics - door keys, etc. quickly, and explained they are proximity - so just a tap is needed. The building is really well built, with a fitness room and laundry available 24/7. Met interesting 'neighbors' in the same building. The room is one of the best, and nicely decorated.
