« We loved the property! Feels so remote but you are super close to town to go eat and shop and enjoy why you came to Natchitoches. There are six beautiful cabins that are elevated up on the hilltop with plenty space between to have privacy. With a patio and a porch swing so you can sit and relax. It is definitely dog friendly, and there is a wonderful dog, I think her name was Addie, and I believe she adopted us while we were there and I would have taken her home except how could you take...

« My famiky totally enjoyed our Getaway weekend..very clean, cozy, and beautiful. HOst was very accommodating to our questions and needs... location is very peaceful. »

« The cabin was amazing and beautiful. There was confusion about location since I arrived late and visibility was difficult. When I say Woods it is Woods there were almost no lights. The owner was very understanding and easy to communicate with. The location was near enough to enjoy several restaurants and businesses. My family and I had a wonderful time and look forward to staying there again. »

« We had an amazing stay at this tiny cabin in the woods! The waterfront view was absolutely stunning and created a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The property was well-maintained and offered the perfect setting for a secluded getaway. Whether sipping coffee by the water or enjoying the serene surroundings, this place was everything we hoped for. Highly recommend for anyone looking to disconnect and recharge! »

« The cabin is located near the back of the property. You can’t see it from road. It’s a gem of cabin. Might feel a little sketchy (per my daughter) driving down driveway, but I assure it is NOT! Cabin was clean and spacious. I definitely see staying a weekend here to enjoy the creek area. The sand was a bit aggravating as we were attending formal events, but nothing a little wet cloth didn’t fix. Great stay! »

« Our stay was just what we needed! In the hustle and bustle of every day life, we sometimes forget about the beauty around us. This property helps you to remember that. You are surrounded by woods, water and wildlife. It was the most peaceful place we have stayed to date. The entire time we were there, we never heard any noise from neighbors and you are far enough out to not hear traffic. The house was absolutely perfect! « It was just what we needed for some quality family time. Teens appreciated the solid wifi while also loved being on the lake and having the dock to sit out on. Other campers were pleasant. I definitely see us returning. »

« The cabin was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The scenery from the cabin's balcony was relaxing, and the hot tub was in great working order. Rip Van Winkle Gardens is only about a 2 minute drive away, and such a beautiful place to experience. Visitors need to be aware that the cabin next door is very close and shares the firepit, so privacy can be a concern. The Willow desperately needs curtains in the living room. The afternoon sun beats down on the cabin and the a/c unit can't...

« Spent 2 nights over Columbus Day weekend with our 2 teenagers at this sweet little cabin. The cabin is nice and cozy and has everything you need. Beds are comfortable, the screened patio is perfect to have your meals and enjoy the sounds of the swamp around. There is a firepit on the little peninsula behind the cabin were we spent most of our time outdoors. We also used the kajaks that were provided to get out on the lake and it’s really beautiful to go through the trees. Overall a great little...
