« This was a great option in Grand Isle -- itself a pretty cool destination...there's not a ton to do there, but that's kind of the point...old school motels and restaurants and a nice, little used white sand beach on the gulf coast. Motel ownership was great -- really friendly, communicative, and available. « Just me and my sister stayed in this rustic little bungalow. She got the bed, I got the fold out couch. It sleeps like all fold outs, not great but not bad. I was more tolerant of the simple and basic accommodations than she was. Neither of us are city people which explains our not being thrilled with the location.
