« We had a delightful long weekend stay at this Cozy Cottage. The property was exactly as advertised. It has all the creature comforts of home. The bed was super comfortable and the linens and towels were a very good quality. The location was perfect, an easy walk to downtown restaurants and a very short drive to the beach. Kelly and Lee were great hosts, they were very responsive to all our communication. »

« We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment - it is cozily decorated, spotlessly clean, the kitchen is extremely well stocked (Keurig machine with K cups - for all the coffee fiends like us 😁 - plus anything else we needed), the hosts thoughtfully left lists of recommendations and sightseeing and food along with all the local papers, and the location is unbeatable - a short walk to Greenport town, the marina, and the beach. We were four adults and two kids and we slept comfortably...

« Lovely working farm with chickens and lambs. Good farmstand on weekends. Our only feedback is the bed in the master bedroom could do with a new mattress! Overall a lovely stay, thanks to Kevin and Pauline! »

« The rental is very nice and as listed. The tenants downstairs do make a good bit of noise and there was a loud party next door on our first night. The property itself is very nice however we will not be back due to those 2 issues. »

« The accommodation was extremely old like 1970 and hadn’t been renovated since then. Old discusting furniture. They said queen bed only full. The steps and hallway outside was littered with crumbs and crackers. Bags of garbage were outside. The beach was best part from what I could.l see The pool was small and very old. The steps down to the beachwere creepy and many. There are much better motels for less money in the area. Not a place for seniors or anyone with handicaps. »
