« This place was perfect for our annual trip to Buffalo for a Bills game!!! Apartment was very clean and comfortable!! When I messaged Carlos to see if he had a crockpot (for our tailgating prep ) he immediately purchased one and had it delivered before we arrived ! ( even after I said I could bring mine). Had a little difficulty with the security/entrance but that was more on us !! (Not super tech savvy). . He had a back up key right there waiting for us !!! Loved all the little notes around...

« Classic old townhome with all the charm and quirks! Parking right in front was always available. Note the tub and bathroom could use some updates, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Also the floors are slightly sloped throughout like many old homes; just a note for anyone with balance issues. Brian was very responsive with questions I had and you can’t beat the location. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a quiet, spacious place to stay in the area. »

« We were in Buffalo for a wedding and this was a great alternative to getting 4 hotel rooms! There was plenty of for all 7 of us. Every place we had to go was a short Uber ride, and it is only 15 minutes to the airport. The house was very clean, and had all of the basics we needed. »

« I'm a busy guy so I enjoy my peace when I can't get it. From the start with communications with the property manager before during and after my stay , the ease of check in with the lock box, to the pulled off after check out it was peaceful and pleasant. Everything needed to enjoy yourself or entertain some company while you making yourself at home enjoying your 420 experience. « Accommodation not adequate for 4 people -- only 5 towels and 4 washcloths for a 5 night stay. Yes -- there was a washer and dryer -- but this issues should not fall on renters. 3 wineglasses for 4 of us. Same issues with other utensils and glasses. Should also have advised that rental was not ADA compliant -- between outside stairs and no safety bars in the bathroom which had slippery tiled floor. We did, however appreciate the suggestions for the dog parks. Beds were comfortable. »
