« Bien que propre, le studio est trop petit si vous êtes plus que deux personnes. Une fois le divan-lit ouvert, il devient difficile de circuler. De plus, demandez une chambre sans personne au-dessus parce qu’on entend les gens marcher sur notre tête. Les lieux sont trop isolés à notre goût. Nous ne recommandons pas particulièrement cet endroit. »

« This was a wonderful property and was exactly the experience we hoped for. The property has an isolated feel and is very private, but it is easily accessed, and centrally located as a jumping off point to many of the island's attractions. Views from the studio are amazing, and the property is clean and well-kept. »

« if you're looking for a quite place to stay, this is the place. It's pretty remote here. The nearest town is 10 minutes away. The lanai has a view of the ocean. The place itself was clean. Kitchen had the basics for cooking. Also had plastic wrap and plastic bags. There was even some pancake mix. Bed was pretty soft. I don't think the mattress was old, but if you're wanting a firm mattress, you'll be disappointed. Overall felt pretty roomy for a studio. Screen to the lanai door was...

« We enjoyed our too short stay in this beautiful place. I loved the interior decor. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets and towels were luxurious. The kitchen was well stocked. I most loved seeing an amazing sunrise from our deck. South point and the green beach parking lot are just a short drive at end of the road. Can highly recommend. Thank you :-) »

« Clean unit, Old Hawaii style complex, grounds are well kept with pretty flowers and palms, coastal ocean view from this units ground floor lanai...pool has coastal view too. Feels private most of the time.Unit has 2 units above and one on side...if your neighbors are noisy at night you are going to hear them...needs some kind of sound deadening for the ceiling. »

« Lovely location near the beach, an easy walk. No snorkeling on Punalu’u, but we saw turtles on the beach every day and kids were boogie boarding and swimming. 40 minute drive to Volcanoes National Park, and we spent 2 days exploring there. Very open and airy island home. High ceiling made it feel very spacious. Feels remote, and the complex was very quiet. Birds and geckos will visit you on the lanai. No A/C, but it cooled down quickly with the breeze at night when the windows were open...

« It was very convenient location in Hilo. Next to lovely grounds. I did not see a hot tub, but did use pool. We had a mountain view but not an ocean view. The 3 balconies were great for viewing. For the price this is a good value. The bathtubs are old. But, they work fine. It is an older unit and building, but it was comfortable. Two bedroom and two bathrooms. Has coffee filters and shampoo. Has parking under facility. Walkable to a beach and lovely park area. »

« We wanted to be close to South Point and the green sand beach for a change his time on Hawaii, and this turned out to be the ideal staging location for seeing sights on the south side of the island. The listing was exactly as described, spotless clean, well appointed, and the owner provided a number of complimentary products. We felt like it could be our home. We would definitely book again if we wanted a location on the south side of the island! »

« We loved our stay here. This particular unit has one of the best locations on the property with a direct view of the ocean. We saw many whales right offshore from our unit! The location near the black sand beach was fantastic and we loved the ocean and turtles. It is a quiet and peaceful place to visit. The unit was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed and was perfect for a quiet getaway. »
