« Tout était vraiment parfait, très propre,tout est neuf! Bon lit et literie! Vaiselle, chaudron,tout ,café fourni, produits de douche etc. Stationnement gratuit sur place. Tout tel que les photos. Nous avions unité 2, très satisfaite. Situé à 5 min en auto du village de LakePlacid.(ou le parking est permis partout moyennant un petit $1.50 à $3 sur parcomètres (gratuit après 18h) Vraiment pas cher pour stationner Il y a un liquor store l'autre côté de la rue et une épicerie aussi. « I recently had the pleasure of staying in this charming cabin. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and by the Ausable river. The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Scot was incredibly welcoming and provided us with helpful information about the area, including great hiking trails and local attractions. « It was perfect for our family of 16. We had a wonderful time. It needs a few improvements. Mattresses were too soft, comforters need cleaning, oven takes too long to preheat, hot tub not filled sufficiently and no hose to add water, faucets drip. The location could not be better. The house was completely decorated beautifully for the holiday. We would definitely like to return. »

« This place was a dream. So clean and cozy. It was close to town but far enough away to feel like I was actually away. The hot tub was an incredible way to start and end the day. I will definitely be back! »

« William's cabin was perfect for a quick ADK getaway! The home was more equipped than expected (we usually camp, so there were more amenities than we are used to having) and the location was perfect- close to hikes, Lake Placid, and easy to find. Would definitely recommend this and will hopefully return in the future! »

« Such a pleasure staying here for the long weekend! We liked being a little out of town, and when snow came in at over a foot, Mary and Greg were very responsive with plows and help. The view was beautiful and such a nice cozy stay. »

« This property was perfect for our grown children and their children. I love that just about every bedroom had its own bathroom. We were able to enjoy quality time while not compromising our private time! »

« There is nothing fancy about the house, but it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had all appliances, silverware, plates, pots that one might need and the location was close to a lot of good hiking and the VIC. It was great to have the kayaks and dock on the property -- Lake Clear Outlet is very peaceful without a lot of houses and the current/wind is more manageable than when you kayak on a big lake. We had one small problem with the diverter not working in the shower in the morning but...
