« Beautiful place that has been renovated (although it is more pretty in photo than in reality) in a charming place. It's clean. The room was fine, but the fridge and radiator were very noisy and woke us up several times in the night. Also the walls are thin, have heard the TV of the room next door and there are many LEDs in the room (microwave, wifi, TV) that stay on all night and illuminate the room. Few places to eat around. »

The modern upgrades provide a comfortable and cozy stay, while the kind, attentive, and accessible manager (Keith) who goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome (including upgrading our room, helping us make reservations for dinner and offering rides). A fantastic choice for convenience and excellent service! »

We were during the snowstorm, the tractor came multiple times a day to clean the road. This quiet place and far from everything. But we enjoyed it and made trips to Lake Placid to dine out. »

The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. « This was my first hiking trip in the Adirondacks and this little house was just perfect for my visit. All the comforts of home from the welcoming living room to the nicely stocked kitchen to the beautiful outdoor setting. Very quiet neighborhood in the woods but easy to get to the places I wanted to explore. About a 20 minute drive to Lake Placid. Enjoyed the gas fireplace! Can’t wait to come back next fall because there is so much to do in this area! »

« Clean, quiet, and close to Whiteface. This spot has everything you need without being too big. Great communication with host. We had to add on another night and the response time was super quick to get it done. We would stay here again. »
