« We stopped here on a 2 day walk from Polperro to Par via the coast path. Lovely room, and great location next to the regular ferry to Fowey. The pub did delicious food as well. »

« We spent 2 nights at the Edgecumb Arms for a family reunion. The room was superb, with great views over the Tamar. It was very well appointed. The English breakfast was delicious and copious and the staff was extremely attentive and welcoming. Bonus point - we were able to able to bring our dog. Amazing walks in the Edgecumb park which is one minute away or alongside the river Tamara. This was our second stay and will happily stay again in the future. »

« Apartment, as described, in a stunning location. Spotlessly clean and easy check in . Nice selection of restaurants and bars on site with friendly and professional staff. Only issue was that extensive building work was taking place outside the apartment and noise started around 7.30 in the morning. It didn't spoil our stay but may need to be considered if you like a lie in. »

« Two things that aren’t obvious on the booking: 1. The Spa and Gym are not included in the price. These are an extra charge even though the description implies they are included. 2. There are no blinds/curtains in the room (they can’t be fitted because the building is listed). Eye masks are provided but if you’re a light sleeper then one to avoid. The property is in a stunning building, a lovely area of the harbour and has been well renovated and looked after. »

« Accueil un peu froid et sans émotion pas trop accueillant. Un cours sur le sourire ferait du bien à bon nombre de personne. Demi-pension à recommander. Petit déjeuner trop simple pour un hôtel qui se veut un 4 étoile. Emplacement superbe avec vue magnifique. En voiture pas facile d'accès (route très étroites). Chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Malgré le personnel pas toujours sympatique (sauf au souper le soir), nous avons passé un beau séjour »

« Great location on The Hoe and fantastic to be able to park right outside. The studio is pleasant enough but feels soulless. There was no rug on the floor and it seems spartan. I moved the sofa a little which helped. Bathroom tiny but manageable. They expect you to take your own rubbish out around the corner and do your washing up. Makes me think I am reliant on the previous guests’ rinsing of cups. Bed linen and towels were good quality. Leaving tea and coffee and fresh milk in the fridge...
