'The unit itself has great facilities and situated in a very convenient location. The owner/caretaker is also nice. What I just don't like is they put platic sheets right under the thin bedcover...very uncomfortable. The plastic sheet is also torn into half so it moves, i couldn't sleep and their blankets are thin so you have to turn off the ac so you wont feel cold..the room slippers provided are also dirty and stinky. But the unit is nice and clean. Hotels.com doesn't also tell you that there...

'Wonderful stay for our family of 6 -Daily housekeeping -Friendly, helpful and professional staff -Fantastic location for restaurant's, shopping, etc.. At the time of this review, hotels.com lists "laundry facilities" as an amenity. This is not accurate. They do have "laundry services" and they will do a fantastic job with your laundry if needed. The hotel sits behind the Gaisano Country Mall and it is a very easy walk to shop. Plenty of different places to eat. Feels safe, and if you need...

'Property is new, clean, roomy. Can cook and wash clothes. This is not a hotel so you cannot arrive early and leave your luggage while you explore. The condo manager left us the wrong keys after checking in so when we returned after eating, shopping, etc. we could not get back into our room. It took about an hour for the front office to locate the condo owner/manager and her to finally arrive with the right keys. No apology for inconvenience. The drain in the master shower did not work. So water...
