'This is our 4th time coming back to stay in Mandarin Plaza Hotel when we are in Cebu City. Fantastic location, just accross the Ayala Malls. The customer service assistance is excellent. All the staff we encountered are very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The rooms are very clean, too! 'Property close to shopping mall and offices , staff are very friendly and accommodating .. Charges are reasonable , I only give 4 for cleanliness cause carpets needs to be up graded but all in all we like the place '

'My family stayed in this hotel a couple of times already. We love that the mall and restaurants are nearby. There is a 7/11 and bakery beside the hotel. The hotel has no fridge and microwave but has a water refilling station in hallway, Cable TV, Free wifi, safety box and hair blower. Great for long stay. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!'

'King size bed, very big bathroom and shower. Clean and comfortable room. The restaurant didn't have a half of the choices from the menu. However, the food that they had was quite delicious. The breakfast was very nice, a lot of fruits and vegetables, wide range of pastries. The location is very central, near big malls and shopping centres. The staff was very unprofessional, knocking the door in the late night, disturbing our rest.'

'Het hotel is ok maar in Cebu zijn er andere opties (Marco Polo, Radisson Blu) voor bijna gelijke prijzen die veel meer bieden. Geen zwembad, wifi dramatisch, shuttle service beperkt in tijden en enkel naar Ayala mall. Ontbijt is basis.'

'Staff are very nice. But room has roaches, roof deck has a nice ambiance but food is not that great. One elevator not functioning well, I was stuck at one point but good thing, it opened when I tried to push to another floor and elevator not so well maintained. '

'Definitely a budget hotel. Location is reallly good, but I shared the room and bed with ants, and I didn't want to. The staff is great though, I arrived at 4am, and I got to check in much earlier, and get that much needed bedtime.'
