'Hello, We had an overall good experience at the Bay House. Positives: Staff were very helpful and friendly. One of them offered to dry my wife's swim suit. She wanted to swim really badly as therapy but since we were leaving early in the morning it was going to be a challenge getting her suit dry. So that was a blessing. Front desk staff did a great job of welcoming us and taking us to our room. I had a salad in the late evening and that was very nice. Maybe a touch too much dressing,...
