'The resort is quiet, not crowded. Alvi, the concierge was very helpful and attentive. The young lady that worked at the pool side yard was friendly and attentive to the all the customers. The young man 3:30pm Bingo games was funny and interactive. The food was ok. The breakfast was the same throughout our stay. Housekeeping would come at odd hours often times we were back from an excursion when the housekeeper would come to clean. We cancel the room cleaning several times as we were tired...

'The hotel was very pretty. I was disappointed in an all inclusive that needed reservations for certain restuarants that in 3 nights there were all booked. I was very disappointed in a bait and switch. I chose rooms based on picture at website and got an ocean view that was barely visible with the building in front of me. I brought to attention of hotel management and they declared it not their fault. Otherwise lovation, food and service were goid.'

'I wanted a resort where I could rest & relax….mission accomplished! The property was peaceful & beautiful. My room was perfect with the hammock and swim out pool, and the staff was excellent, specifically my Butler, Aronni, and Elian, Arlette and my massage therapist. The hot stone massage was heavenly. 'We LOVED this Vrbo. Everything was clean and it had all the amenities we needed. It even had a cooler, and beach towels which was so convenient for our stay. The view of the ocean from the windows was jaw droppingly gorgeous. Our host Kelly was very responsive and helpful with local restaurants to eat and checking in with us almost daily. 'Clean! No kids is amazing. Amazing service, someone always came by asking if we wanted food or drinks. It gets difficult to get a chair with an umbrella by the pool after 10 AM.
