'The resort is quiet, not crowded. Alvi, the concierge was very helpful and attentive. The young lady that worked at the pool side yard was friendly and attentive to the all the customers. 'Clean! No kids is amazing. Amazing service, someone always came by asking if we wanted food or drinks. It gets difficult to get a chair with an umbrella by the pool after 10 AM. The beach is really wide so your chair is a 20 yard walk from the water. The sea water is clear and warm but lots of sea grass floating around. 'The hotel was very pretty. I was disappointed in an all inclusive that needed reservations for certain restuarants that in 3 nights there were all booked. I was very disappointed in a bait and switch. I chose rooms based on picture at website and got an ocean view that was barely visible with the building in front of me. I brought to attention of hotel management and they declared it not their fault. Otherwise lovation, food and service were goid.'

'I wanted a resort where I could rest & relax….mission accomplished! The property was peaceful & beautiful. My room was perfect with the hammock and swim out pool, and the staff was excellent, specifically my Butler, Aronni, and Elian, Arlette and my massage therapist. The hot stone massage was heavenly.
