« This is a older private home, split in bedroom of various sizes with communal bathrooms. It is an old house and as such, room to room noise can be a problem. Know that facility managers do not stay or live onsite, so call their number when you arrive. This is nicer and offers privacy that the local hostiles don't have, but is just one step up from that. »

« David was an amazing host who communicated well and in advance of our arrival. The property was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood with lots of places to visit in the area. The property was exactly like it was shown in the pictures. When we are in Vegas again we will definitely stay there! »

« This is a nice quiet spot in a neighborhood east of the strip. Works well for a couple. We used it as home base as we visited Vegas for a few days and used rideshare apps to get to and from each day. »

« We had a great experience staying here. The kids enjoyed the pool, basketball and golf. The house was just as advertised. I liked that the access was gated and felt secure. Good easy location on a quiet street and had good access to attraction (10 minutes away) overall great experience and would recommend for anyone not wanting the chaos of the strip! »

« I was moving to Vegas with my partner, 3 dogs, and a cat, and needed to find a place to stay while looking for a home and going through escrow. This unit fit the bill. Although smaller in reality than I thought it was from the online description, it still served us perfectly. 2 beautiful bedrooms, a kitchen, small living room area, and a side yard space for the dogs to exercise. My only negative comment would be that the owner has 4 large Saint Bernards that will come charging at the gate that...

« Carpets need cleaned or replaced as they are stained and smell bad. Sofa has stains and dog hair so we used extra blankets to cover the couch to sit on it. Outside patio chairs are stained and dirty and the table wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Beds are comfortable. Cobwebs in closet got on my suit. Kitchen is adequate but missing a lot of items. Whole place needs TLC. Items missing off their inventory list which the host acknowledged when asked and she was a very nice person and responsive. I...

« We were group of 7 people and we had plenty of space and clean bedrooms to stay in. This place is very close to the strip. »

« This is my third stay at Marriott Grand Chateau. Clean updated lobby, easy check in. Safety as there is security checking room keys as you walk towards the elevator bank. My room was on the 35th floor. Very comfortable and CLEAN. Well stocked with towels, dishes soaps and cleaning products. I had no issues and was very happy with my room. Will be staying there again! »
