'Barry’s place was perfect for us. We liked the quietness of the hotel but was easy enough to still get anywhere we wanted to go. It was a short walk over to the MGM where you can take the monorail to other locations along the strip. You have a view of the Sphere from the bedroom and the balcony overlooks tower 1 pool and the MGM floating river. The only downside was that the pools that were open kept changing each day we were there and 1 day none of the tower pools were open so we had to go to...

'I was enthusiastic upon booking the unit, and delighted to discover that my excitement persisted upon arrival. The valet service was expedient, the check-in process was straightforward, and the room was exceptional with breathtaking views. My infant and toddler thoroughly enjoyed observing the Sphere and the Fountains at Bellagio from the top floor. I will most certainly book again. We were thoroughly impressed. "We booked a stay at CP. Due to unforeseen circumstances, though we stayed there 5 nights, I needed to make 3 different reservations. So as not to move each stay, I contact CP to ensure that during check in, I would be given ONE room and not 3 different ones. During check in that went well, I needed to however pay three seperate deposit amounts. On check however, they ONLY reviewed ONE of my deposit payments and not the rest. I noticed this when I returned to the Netherlands. I immediately sent an email and three follow up emails, only to be told that I should contact Customer service. They provided no tel nr or email of the CS. Wouldnt have been easier to simply FORWARD me email to CS. Its first week of December and still not resolved. What HORRIBLE service!"
