We had an issue finding the house and I was unaware that the entrance instructions were in the VRBO app, but the manager was very responsive, even later at night so that we could find the house and get in. The manager was also very responsive when I let her know that the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and not working, and neither was the disposal. « We had trouble finding our rental, called our host and he promptly returned our call and guided us to it. It was a very impressive beautiful 2 story. Very accurate to the description on the website. It was conveniently located to the many restaurants, beaches and main highway. It was a great space for us and 2 pups that are 20lbs each. I would love to return, ASAP! Loved the town, the people, beautiful landscape and the home we rented for 2 weeks. »

« Very nice home in the Caracol with excellent views. The propane tanks for the fire pit and BBQ grille were empty. We were expecting bath/shower soap/shampoo, but none were provided. I guess you have to bring your own? I would recommend that a night shade be provided for the large window in the master bedroom sitting area. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay! »

« The Shell Castle his hands down the most creative and artistic place we have ever stayed. It is beyond what I could describe with all the shells, stone work and mirrors. It was like staying on a movie set. Hilda the property manager is superb and available for any needs we may have had. All the bases were covered.
