« Beautiful architecture accommodated 4 couples very comfortably. Great room is open to kitchen and dining. Each bedroom has its own private bath plus there is a powder room off the great room. Balcony off great room has a lovely view of tropical trees and ocean in the distance. The location is a 10 minute drive to the marina. The beach is a rather steep difficult walk and is private to the homes and resort in the area. Nicole is an excellent host and very helpful. One toilet had a problem and...

« Beautiful property. The address was not listed properly on Vrbo. It was not in a location that was closer to the beach. Some small inconveniences like the sink plugging up in one of the bathrooms. The remote for the lower level heater didn’t work. The remote for the TV in the master bedroom didn’t work. The water in the pool was cold. No heater unless you wanted to pay a large additional fee. Only contact with manager was second to the last day in the evening.. We did have a very niceTime after...

« Overall the house was amazing for my friends stay. The daily cleaning was so nice to have, house manager was very responsive, and the location was very safe. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the pool turned hair green and turned white swimsuits green. »

« We enjoyed our stay at Jim's house. Easy check in. It has a nice layout for cooking, dining, and gathering as a family in the first room. The bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry are off a central courtyard. The king beds are very comfortable with nice bedding. The twins are better for young kids than adult kids as bigger kids can feel the bed springs.We did have an issue with not enough drinking water being provided. « The place was incredible! The road access was a little primitive. We made it fine but it would have been valuable to know that there was a more improved road available (That didn’t show up as an option on Google Maps). We would have gladly taken the longer more paved road to the property but saying that it was a tremendous location and property and we will definitely put it on our places to go back to. »

« Our villa was extraordinary. The level of service and quality of the property was unequalled in any place we've ever stayed. The villa itself was spacious, well appointed, comfortable, and quiet. The resort area had so much to do. The view from our villa was breathtaking. It was a temptation to relax in the pool and never leave. Tomasito is what really made this property and trip stand apart. He was so attentive to our needs and went above from the first contact to our final goodbyes. »
