'I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The location is perfect. Close to everything in town and only a 10 minute walk to the Matterhorn gondola. The staff is amazing. They are very helpful and kind. The hotel is immaculate. The fireplace in the lobby is super cozy and provides a great spot for a cocktail before dinner. The breakfast was delicious and very plentiful. Our room was very comfortable and had a perfect view of the Matterhorn. '

'This small family-style hotel feels UNIQUE and well-organized. Everybody LOVES breakfast, which is served from 7:30 in the morning. Modern coffee machines can make you 8 different types of coffee and even recognize different cup sizes. It's very convenient before starting Ski day! The staff is very friendly and we enjoy our stay. The only one small thing a hotel can improve is to provide SOFTER towels :)'

'This hotel is located next to a school and currently there's a large construction site nextdoor. Unfortunately there's a lot of noice during the day, but it will be more quiet after 6pm. My single bed room was spacious and comfortable, overlooking the construction site. There's a roof terrace with views of the Matterhorn and the entire town of Zermatt. Hotel is a short walk from the train station and there's a small supermarket 5 minutes away. '

'Zeer goed adresje om uzelf eens heel goed te verwennen. Chic en feeerig kader om te genieten in alle rust. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, met alles wat je kan wensen. Vers fruit, smoothies en lokale specialiteiten zoals worst en kazen. Zeker ook dineren ... de kok is een echte kunstenaar ... sterren niveau wat mij betref. Prijs is natuurlijk ook wel naarvanant maar je hebt hier al geboekt, dus je bent wel iets gewend, en met de wellness zet dit hotel natuurlijk de kers op de taart. Zelf ben ik...

'Ruime, nette en schone kamer. Hoewel aan de doorgaande autoloze straat, zeer rustige omgeving (eind januari 2024). Vriendelijke personeel. Normaal goed ontbijt. '
